I can see how this could be useful, especially when traveling. Pretty easy to setup. Sound machine before sleep handy, but how long does it run?
Nice to be able to set volume on alarms. Sounds OK. Not clear how to set up music, news, weather.
I will give it a try.
Could be used on phone for meeting reminder, etc.

I haven't tried that app yet, but I do like being able to use my phone as an alarm when I'm away from home (I never completely trust the clock radios in hotel rooms). Looking forward to your post on Thing 4!
